Enhanced Black and White Photo's

I spent most of last night playing around with a new imaging program and here are some of the creations I came up with. If its hard to tell why some of these are NOT just a regular b & w you can just click on them to make the picture larger. Let me know what you think of them.

Candy Thief on the Loose...have you seem this man?

Local children have reported some one stealing all their candy. Witnesses say the suspect is 22 inches long and about 10 pounds. Surveillance camera's captured these pictures this afternoon. If you know his where about's, please contact him Mommy immediately.

doctor Visit updates-10/12/05

Well this week has been full of dr. appointments. And from the looks of things, there may be one more by weeks end. Caraline and gavin had there dentist appointment yesterday. Caraline had a tooth pulled and another one filled. Besides a little sourness she is fine. gavin had a filling done. Last night I noticed that his bottom lip was swollen but we though maybe he just bit it while he was numb. This morning it was still big and fat but I really didnt think to much of it. Then the school nurse called me to ask what had happened. She said it looks like a big blister on the inside of his lip and was worried it may be hand-foot-and mouth disease. Which is VERY contagious and dangerous for the baby!!!!! So I told her about his dr. visit the day before and she thought it could be from that, to just watch and see if it goes away. But she warned me to keep an eye out for a rash to be sure. So, when he got home I took a good look at it and sure enough, it looks like a big blister. Not like an ulcer but big and puffy and swollen. Not sure what it's from but I hope Ben knows when he gets home to look at it. If it's something he is concerned about then I'm gonna take gav. back to the dr. tomorrow to have it checked out. I hope its just from his dentist's visit!!!!

Took Braidon to the dr. today for his one month check-up. Dr. said he was perfect. I asked him about me having to supplement once a day and he thought that was fine. He aslo suggested that I should start pumping more and that would increase my milk supply. However, concidering how much weight our porker has gained this month I think I'll have to pump 18-20 hrs a day to keep him happy. He is now up to 10 lbs. 7 ozs!!!!!! I can't believe it. He was only 8-6 at his 2 week apptointment! He is also now 22 inches long. Dr. said he is in the 75% for his weight and 50% for his height. Also 50% for his head circ. I think he is growing to fast. He doesn't seem to want to stay a little baby, lol, he's ready to move on to a toddler already! before I know it, he will be just as big as the other 2.

Caraline started her math tutoring after school today. She will be going every Wednesday until 4:45pm. She said she loved it...but of course it's only day 1. We'll she if she feels the same way next month. Well thats's about it for today. I'll have to update about Gavin tomorrow. have a good night.

Not to much happened this week that was worth talking about. The kids had picture day at school. Hopefully they don't turn out to bad considering what we pay for them, lol! This Friday is conferences. Not sure what I'm doing with the kids that day cause they will be off school and I can't take them with me, but I have all week to figure it out.

Braidon turned one month old yesterday! I can't believe how fast that happened. I have to call tomorrow and schedule his check-up. I'm very interested in seeing how much weight he's gained since last check. I know he's definitely gotten bigger, but I did have to start giving him one 4 oz. bottle of formula a day to keep him happy. I'm a little upset about it but by the end of the day he's just not getting what he wants from me so I don't have a choice. I plan on talking with the dr. About it when I see him and hopefully he has a suggestion to help correct the problem.

We had a little celebration for Ben's birthday today at my mom's house. She cooked dinner for him and we had cake and ice cream. He mostly got money, but he was happy with that. Now he can go by the new X-box game he wants. He also got a new beard trimmer with like 20 attachments and a new wallet. He really needed that since his old one was being held together by a few strings, ha ha. It probably doesn't help that he insists on carrying every card or piece of paper he's received in the last 20 years in it! I teased him about that for a good 15 minutes and managed to get him to throw away a couple of them, lol!! So maybe this wallet will last a few years, anyways. Oh, he also got a Vikings tie, which of course he was happy with. He thinks he's wearing it in our christmas pictures this year....he thinks, ha ha ha.

Well that was about it, I'll write again tomorrow if Braidon does see the dr. Have a good Monday everyone!!
